god4d operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. The opening of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are detected, god4d may, at its sole discretion, close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any Bonus Funds or winnings generated through the duplicate accounts.
You are solely responsible for the security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. god4d will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to adequately protect your credentials.
By using the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal, and recreational purposes. You agree not to use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair god4d's servers or networks, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Services.
The Platform and its content are provided for entertainment purposes only. god4d makes no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted access to the Services. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability, for which god4d accepts no liability.
All wagers placed through the Platform are final once confirmed. god4d reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of technical error, data feed failure, obvious pricing error, or fraudulent activity. In such circumstances, stakes will be returned to the Player's account.
god4d employs real-time monitoring systems to detect unusual betting patterns. Any Account found to be engaged in match fixing, arbitrage abuse, or coordinated wagering intended to exploit the Platform will be suspended pending investigation.
god4d supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of approved payment methods suited to Malaysian players, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency. Approved methods are displayed within the Player's account dashboard and may change from time to time.
All deposits are subject to a minimum of RM 30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with your VIP tier — from standard processing within 24 hours for Bronze members, to instant processing for Diamond and above members.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for a deposit. god4d will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Before processing a first withdrawal, god4d may require full KYC documentation including proof of identity and proof of payment method.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the god4d Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
All content on the god4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, visual design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of god4d or its licensed content partners. Nothing in these Terms confers any licence or right upon you to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of god4d.
You may not use the god4d brand name, logo, or any associated marks in any promotional material, social media post, or other public-facing content without express written authorisation from god4d's management team.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, god4d shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses — arising from or related to your use of the Platform or the Services.
god4d's aggregate liability to any Player for any cause of action, regardless of the form of the action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
god4d does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free basis. Planned maintenance windows and emergency outages may occur from time to time. god4d will make reasonable efforts to notify Players in advance of scheduled maintenance.
god4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Upon termination of an Account, any Real Money Funds remaining (after deduction of Bonus Funds and any disputed amounts under investigation) will be returned to the Player via the payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.
god4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email (to the address registered on account) and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the amended Terms take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and return of eligible funds as described in Clause 11.
These Terms and the relationship between god4d and the Player shall be governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which the Platform is licensed. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies specified under the applicable licensing framework.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable Malaysian consumer protection law to the extent that such law cannot be excluded or restricted by agreement.
